  • How long does the web design process take?
    The design process typically takes about 2–3 weeks from the moment I receive all the necessary content from you. The exact timeline depends on the number of revisions needed and how quickly you’re able to provide feedback at each stage. I’ll keep the process as smooth and efficient as possible while ensuring we create a website you love.
  • What do I need before I start working with you?
    To get started, I’ll send you an initial questionnaire to learn more about the style, values, and vision you want your website to reflect. This will help me tailor the design to your needs. I’ll also need the text and images you’d like to include on your website, organized by pages (e.g., Home, About, Services). Please provide the text in a Word document, Google Doc, or a similar format so I can easily copy and paste it. For images, individual JPG or PNG files work best. If you don’t have your own images, no problem—I can source free stock photos that align with your content. And if you already have a logo, I’ll need the logo files, ideally in vector format, to ensure the best quality.
  • What platform do you build your websites on?
    I build all my websites on Wix. It’s a user-friendly platform that allows you to focus on your practice without worrying about technical maintenance or updates. Wix also provides an intuitive web editor that makes it easy for you to update and manage your site on your own. Whether it’s editing text, swapping out images, or adding new sections, you won’t need to hire a designer or developer every time you want to make a change.
  • Are there any monthly costs?
    Yes, you’ll need to subscribe to a Wix premium plan, which can be paid monthly or yearly, depending on your preference. This subscription is required to unlock key features like connecting your custom domain, managing payments, and accessing Wix’s full suite of tools. Wix offers several premium plans to choose from, but for most therapy websites, the Core plan is a great fit. It includes essential features such as a custom domain, secure hosting, and advanced design tools. Pricing varies slightly depending on your location, but you can typically expect around $22-29 per month when paid annually. If you’re unsure which plan suits your needs best, I’m here to help you decide!
  • Can I work with you if I already have a website?

  • I already have a domain. Can I use it for my new website?

  • I would like to continue working with my current scheduling software. Can it be integrated into my new website?
    As long as your scheduling software provides an embed code, which is quite common, we can easily integrate it into your new website. Just let me know which service you’re using, and we’ll make sure everything works seamlessly.
